ADDICTS

GOD save from the drunkards. In my n'hood there is a retired officer...who has two sons, but not necessary that the boys go the same path as father. one is average and other is below average and a drunkard. beats his wife, who on the advice of neighbours has gone to her parent's house. .....let us see when she returns because her parents are poor and less affordable. she has one son of 8 yrs, whose fees her father-in-law gives. the guy sold many items to quench his thirst....and was also admitted in ''nasha mukti kendra'' for one month......but God also cannot help such people and he is on the rut.....sometimes he finds some acquaitance and asks for money.....he tries to work somewhere but for the bottle.....who will correct such people?.....
---another instance, one white washer hang up on a rope ladder for white washing a building in a drunken state and for wife and six children's misfortune, fell from third floor and succumbed. his wife and children(daughters) go home to home for household works, washing utensils, clothes etc.....she weeps to her misfortune but he will not come to see?
---last month one aged poor fellow came to white wash our house....next three days he did not come, because he fell from the cycle in a drunken state.....and he was removed by the contractor next day onwards because he also came to his work having some in the stomach and smelling worst........wine-makers and govt both earn crores of rupees, but strange keep it banned and there are open shops.....there are bars, dance bars where people, especially younger ones openly enjoying the lust of life.....Lord forbid.
