1)Strange but true...a boy of 15 fell on a vegetable basket. a knife-piece pierced in his back and was just one & half inch away from heart between ribs & lungs..not visible immediate treatment was given stitching the wound. after 40 days he got severe pain in the back and was x-rayed...a team of 3 docs took out the knife.

2) first world cup cricket match was withdrawn from Eden Garden by ICC because of slow ground and other works..may to to Bangaluru.

3) Environmental minister,Jairam Ramesh asks Modi to give few lions to MP, since they are more than enough there. MP suggested to give tigers in place..but Modi can take tigers but won't give lions as they are sympole of supremacy.

4) BSE Sensex on 18684 lowest in last four months.
