Morning walk - a NATUROPATHY

NEXT....There is no danger of getting injured, if a little bit cautious. The effect from coronary heart disease is very much reduced. From Morning Walk, more & more confidence is achieved and people try to do more better while it in daily routine. Another survey revealed that the diseases connected to the bones and joints have no impact to a physical body achieved thru morning walk.We forget, the memory power is a great factor for a student, a sportsman and general public as a whole, who are on daily walks.

Start for walk as Early as possible, may be 4.30/5.00 am. This time is almost pollution free. Also advised is to avoid roads,busy roads,which generate more pollution. So in a park road with alaround greenery wud be best. Daily 3 to 5 km to cover in 30 minutes is a best option...The place shd be plain rather with small humps. Avoid a lonely walk..have some body of acquantenance, so he/she can help u dailt charting out correct time.Before morning walk, light juice etc will do but a breakfast will take more time to digest...and u may not feel hungry after the walk....SO GOOD LUCK.
