VIDEO GAME ADDICT

THE most disturbing a child's day....It is upon parents, who are more responsible for allowing children to play video games on tv....It may be better for a person wish to pass time...but what will u say of school going children from the age of 3 and onwards...Shd they be allowed? I have seen, they are allowed and they swear that they will play for 1/2 an hour or one hours...and later to find out that the parents have gone off to service, or mom is so busy or does not care and the child sits for 3 hours may be 4 hours daily...

the child sitting here in the photo is at a distance of 10ft...but everywhere it is not so....Who cares that how much distance shd be from the tv throwing harmful rays, affecting the eyes in short/long run....however i have seen the small children having specs from 4 to 5 years of age onwards..

the children are innocent, but once they are addicted to video games, whether they be-pinball, solitaire, spades, checkers, minesweeper etc, the danger remains as it is-the effect on eyes, wasting time of studies, ignoring time for physical exercise/play and sitting in one go, what will happen to the digestion...eyes are suffering and now stomach has additional loads....besides, they do not move, eat, drink water, tea etc there itself(in front of tv/laptop, and video games like playstation).
In schools too, they discuss about games and games with co-students........No doubt geniuses are coming up, but at adult age, when they understood the responsibility and saw the competition in studies, attraction of well paying jobs.....BUT in my opinion, the building starts from the foundation-not upside down..therefore, i wud request the parents to be alert and stricter towards their children from the tender age itself....Time runs fast...it is seconds, then minutes and then hours,days and nights and a life span comes to be over.....be aware friends of ur children's future and make it safe for them for the time to come.
