Morning walk - a NATUROPATHY
Generally people get up by 6 or 7 in the morning,AND GET BUSY IN MORNING CHORES, then rush to duty to catch routine transports. This is 'bhagambhag' of life increasing tensions in daily routine, while they return home in the evening or night. what remains is a tired body, without much movements during the day. Then the problem arises - an unfit body, having some sort of diseases, increasing doctor's bill, keeping a part of earnings for this. Then comes the following to yoga classes, gyms etc. The diet they take have little nourishment, thus an unhealthy body and mind. This too increase the worries and life looks charmless. This happens in metros and now spreading in small towns as well. This all is the result of less physical activity and the body has become a machine with less servicing and greasing? The effect comes on the family, in social life, and seclusion is needed, to avoid facing family members and friends. Yes if people have regular yoga classes or going to gyms, they have some chances of keeping the body fit. But it is not practical everywhere, because of lack of time, distances in big cities. With these, people get 25% what they wish for their body, but no fresh air to inhale and giving fresh blood supplly to all parts of the body...here we need one important exercise and that is morning walk. I read long time back of countries like Japan, thickly populated, no fresh air to breathe and people have to go 40-50 miles with their vehicles out of city to have morning walk and getting fresh air. This is happening in India now....next
